  • In one-half tsp of powdered asafetida, add two tsp of lemon juice.

6.  Warm Salt Water

8.  Vanilla Extract

9.  Wheatgrass Juice

Wheatgrass contains antibacterial properties that will prevent from tooth decay. Extract the juice of wheatgrass then use it as a mouthwash. This extract will reach all over your teeth and gums and stops the bacteria to grow further and cause infection. You can also simply chew the wheatgrass.

10.  Ice Cubes

Ice cubes obviously have cooling and soothing effects. It numbs the nerve endings and reliefs pain.
  • Take a piece of a thin cotton cloth and wrap ice cube in it.
  • Hold this cotton cloth near the tooth which causing pain for few minutes.
  • If you have exposed nerves, the ice cubes may cause more pain.
